Bell Bank is the largest family and employee owned bank in the upper Midwest, and one of the largest in the nation, with assets of more that $9 billion. It opened its doors in 1966 in north Fargo, North Dakota. Abby Kleinschmidt is the Vice President and Branch Manager at the Alexandria Bell Bank location. This branch location opened as a mortgage loan office in 2002 in what used to be a gas station. In 2006 a new building was built and now houses retail, commercial, and investments for customers in the Alexandria and surrounding areas. At this location there are banking, borrowing, and financial planning & investing services.
