Annual Celebration
This event celebrates the accomplishments of the past year and kicks off the new year. The annual theme is announced, and recognitions and awards are presented.
Business & Industrial Appreciation Day
This annual event honors a local business for the impact it has on the community. This event is put on in partnership with the Alexandria Area Economic Development Commission.
Chamber 101
Chamber 101 is a great way to get to know the Chamber and learn about how we can help you and your business! This virtual program highlights ways that members can maximize their membership through networking, marketing and volunteer opportunities.
Duffers Delight Golf Tournament
Held each year on the first Monday in June, this Chamber fundraiser features a day of fun on the golf course. Sponsor a tee or green to network with golfers or join a team to network with sponsors! A picnic dinner follows.
Hello Neighbor
This initiative, held in partnership with Alexandria Area Economic Development Commission, has a simple purpose - to help residents working or attending college in the Alexandria Area integrate into the community. Hello Neighbor provides monthly socials along with a yearly ‘Community Connections’ event.
Leadership Alexandria
Leadership Alexandria is a nine-month leadership program that provides opportunities for participants to develop leadership skills and learn more about the community that they are living and/or working in.
Leadership Alexandria 2.0
This program is an extension of Leadership Alexandria and open to graduates only (of any year). This program takes a deeper dive into the personal leadership of each participant and how it can impact the entire community.
Listen & Learn
Listen & Learn is a one-hour informative event hosted by the Alexandria Chamber. These sessions offer information, education, support and resources on topics that impact the community and its diverse business and organizational partners. Member Webinars are unique opportunities for members to host webinars and market their services through the Alexandria Chamber. The Chamber will take care of the marketing, set up the virtual meeting and handle the registrations for you! Webinars are open to the public and free to attend. Pride of the Lakes
This community-wide campaign aims to education people about the impact of keeping dollars local.
Spring and Fall Luncheons
Chamber luncheons are for ANYONE in the community, not just Chamber members, and feature guest speakers who inform and educate attendees on topics relevant to our area, from workforce and leadership to marketing and more.
Wake Up Alexandria
Wake Up Alexandria is a one-hour networking event held the first and third Friday of each month from 7:30 - 8:30 am at different Chamber member locations. Enjoy breakfast, coffee, networking and a short program. Each event ends with the highly anticipated part, the Pot of Gold, sponsored by members who donate items, services or gift certificates.
