Doing business local could earn you $100

​Hopefully by now you’ve heard about the Holly Hundreds holiday cash giveaway! Even more importantly, hopefully you’ve heard about Pride of the Lakes.

The Holly Hundreds giveaway will award $100 in Chamber Bucks to 10 lucky people who are doing business locally between December 1 and December 20, 2019.

What do you have to do for a chance to win? Simply do business local. Ten Douglas County businesses (service and retail) have been selected to award the prizes in unique ways. For example, on December 1, the prize may go to the fourth person to purchase $10 or more in merchandise from a certain local retail store. On December 7, the prize may go to the ninth person to purchase a ticket at a local sporting event. On December 10, the dollars may be awarded to the first person to buy a gift certificate at a local restaurant. And the list goes on. You WON’T win by shopping online, or shopping at a location outside of Douglas County.

These are examples only. There won’t be any hints or clues as to where and when these giveaways will happen – they will be completely random and could happen anywhere within Douglas County. And to those of you who win, consider it a simple THANK YOU for doing business locally.
