Our spring and fall luncheons are a great place to learn about trends or issues in the business community, hear from keynote speakers and have lunch. Luncheons are open to ANYONE in the community, you do not need to be a Chamber member to attend. We always welcome suggestions for upcoming speakers and topics.
Join us for our Spring Luncheon - Basically Incredible!
Matt Booth, 2025 Spring Luncheon Speaker
Matt Booth, attitude expert and author of Basically Incredible, will speak at a community spring luncheon on Monday, April 14 at the Broadway Ballroom Event Center in Alexandria. Everyone is welcome to attend the event, which is hosted by the Alexandria Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce and generously sponsored by Marcus Construction and Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union.
In an age of overnight successes, 21-day fixes, miracle diet pills, and sensational viral videos, it’s easy to skip the fundamentals. But, as Booth will share, there is no foundation without them! It’s time to think INSIDE the box and get back to basic common sense. As much as social media influencers want to convince us otherwise, an incredible life, incredible relationships, and even an incredible business come from consistent, specific actions and small fundamental changes. Booth will share some simple, yet effective tools that can help us reach our goals and show us how attitude, communication, taking care of ourselves, having a plan, and having a source of power are basic things that – when done consistently – lead to incredible things!
Booth is known for his humor, quick wit, and ability to connect with people. The entrepreneur, business coach, and ‘attitude expert’ lives in Dubuque, Iowa and speaks internationally.
Doors open at 11 am. Serving begins at 11:15 am, with the presentation taking place from 11:45 am to 1 pm. Tickets are $30 per person or $250 for a reserved table of 8.
