Join us at the 33rd Annual Duffers Delight!

The Alexandria Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce will hold its 33rd Duffers Delight Golf Tournament on Monday, June 2nd at the Alexandria Golf Club. This event includes more than 200 people gathering for a day of fun, networking, and golf. It is the main fundraiser for the Chamber, supporting its purpose to lead, connect, and collaborate for a thriving community.

The tournament features sponsors at every tee and green plus, 150-yard sign sponsors spread throughout the course, a Closest-to-the-Pin opportunity to win either $50 or $100 in Chamber Bucks, and three hole-in-one opportunities including a $5,000 cash prize sponsored by Alomere Health, $10,000 cash prize sponsored by Glenwood State Bank and $25,000 toward a vehicle sponsored by Diamond Buick GMC and Juettner Motors. Other major sponsors include: Vaultas, Vance Thompson Vision, Winning Edge Graphics, Marcus Construction, Tri County Foam Insulation, and ProfitMax.

GOLF COURSE & EVENT INFORMATION:

Prizes awarded to winning team + two other randomly drawn positions.
All play will be in foursome. Regular course rules will be in effect.
There will be three hole-in-one opportunities on the course
NEW THIS YEAR: Closest-to-the-Pin opportunity to win Chamber Bucks. There will be two holes drilled on Hole 11. Pick a hole for a chance to win either $50 or $100 in Chamber Bucks.
There will again be a "Best Team Spirit" prize. Be thinking about how you want to show your team spirit through your attire, golf cart decorations, or something else - BE CREATIVE!

Team of Four: Early Bird - $600 (after May 1 - $650)
Individual Golfer: Early Bird - $175 (after May 1 - $200)
Golf fees include 18 holes of golf, cart rental, strings, light lunch, and buffet dinner.

1st Place: $200 in Chamber Bucks
2nd Place: $100 in Chamber Bucks
3rd Place: $50 in Chamber Bucks

NOTE: There is no rain date for this event. Because it is a fundraiser, no refunds will be given due to inclement weather. Registered golfers will receive golf & cart vouchers to be used at the Alexandria Golf Club in 2025. Sponsors will receive one free Chamber email blast to be used within one year (cannot be used during the month of December). All will also be invited to the dinner reception that will still take place June 2 at the Clubhouse at 5 pm.
