WAKE UP ALEXANDRIA! The Alexandria Police Department hosted Wake Up Alexandria on January 5, 2024.
Wake Up Alexandria is an informative one-hour social networking event held the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month. Each event is sponsored by a different Chamber member TYPICALLY at their location. A dollar gets you in the door (public and non-Chamber members welcome). All members may give a brief announcement about their business or an upcoming event. All dollars collected are donated to a local nonprofit.

Host a Wake Up Alexandria!
Hosting a Wake Up Alexandria is a great way to promote your business. The event brings many people into your business to learn more about the services that you offer. With the $200 host fee, the host business also receives promotion prior to the event through radio, newspaper, social media and Chamber email blasts. Pot of Gold
The Pot of Gold drawing is a highly anticipated part of our Wake Up Alexandria event. The Pot of Gold is generously sponsored by Chamber members who donate business items, discounted services or gift certificates. Sponsors of the Pot of Gold are promoted through email blasts, displayed at the event, published on the Chamber website and listed in a press release when the Pot of Gold is won.
