CHAMBER AMBASSADORS

The Chamber Ambassadors play a vital role in fostering connections. They welcome new businesses to the area and commemorate relocations, significant remodels, and new ownership for existing businesses. They also attend business open houses, groundbreakings, and ribbon cuttings. Their efforts help strengthen business relationships and promote a supportive business environment.

Membership Team

GOvernment Affairs

The Government Affairs Team serves as a proactive voice for the local business community on governmental issues. Comprised of various business leaders, the committee strives to facilitate open communication between government entities and local businesses, informs the business community on legislative issues that impact the area, and makes recommendations to the Chamber Board on issues impacting Chamber members.

Finance Committee

The Finance Team consists of volunteers with expertise in banking, investments, budget management, and financial planning who commit to ensuring the Chamber's financial stability and success through policy creation and review. Team members assist with fiscal planning, evaluating internal controls, managing reserves and cash flow, and planning audits. The team also advises the Board of Directors on dues analysis and asset protection.

Personnel Committee

The Chamber’s Personnel Committee provides guidance and support to the Executive Director and Executive Board in the areas of human resources, benefits and compensation, and policies and procedures. Committee members also assist with hiring staff, updating the employee handbook, managing human resource forms, conducting evaluations, and overseeing benefits.
