The Alexandria Area Young Professionals (AAYP) organization formed in 2007 under the Alexandria Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce to represent Alexandria area professionals in their 20s and 30s. Meet other professionals in your age demographic, expand your professional network, and establish long-lasting friendships.

​We host monthly luncheons, quarterly socials, and participate in a variety of volunteer opportunities throughout the year. ​

Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy: 
AAYP follows the School District #206 Inclement Weather Policy. If school is cancelled, closes early, or moves to an eLearning day OR Alexandria Public Schools related events are cancelled, all AAYP events for that day will be cancelled. As a member of AAYP, you can expect an email notifying you of the cancellation.
